Delivery
Please allow 4 weeks for delivery from the time of ordering. Often it is sooner but can take up to 4 weeks.
If the goods that you have ordered are not in stock and have to be manufactured there can be up to 4 weeks
added to the time estimated above. Once your funds have been received and cleared in our account the order
is processed. If the goods you have ordered are in stock they will be despatched on receipt of payment. They
are despatched on a 5 working day delivery program via a reliable courier parcel service from Russia and
delivered directly to your door. You will be required to sign for your goods.
Cancellation and Refunds
Should you wish to cancel your order for any reason you will need to do so within 12 hours of placing your
order with Scenar.UK. Any money to be refunded will be acknowledged and confirmed within the aforementioned
12 hour time period and money will be refunded within 7 working days from the time it is received in our
bank account.
Repair and Replacement
In the unlikely event that the goods should be faulty it will need to be reported immediately by telephone,
fax or by email. The goods should then be returned to Scenar.UK for immediate despatch to the manufacturer
on your behalf. It would be returned to the manufacturer under its guarantee and repaired or if not economical
to repair, then replaced. Any subsequent charges incurred for the return of goods to the manufacturer, will
be paid by the purchaser.
Guarantee
The service life of SCENAR series model EX715Ag, VX735Ag VX735L PS705 AND PS705 MINI is 4 years (48 months)
from the date of production, provided that all instructions of the User’s Guide are strictly followed. The
warranty period of the device is 1 year (12 months) from the date of purchase, but not longer than 1 year
and 3 months (15 months) from the date of shipment for sale, provided that all instructions of the User’s
Guide are strictly followed. If the device proves to be defective during the warranty period, the repair
and replacement of the defective parts is free. Postage is not included in the warranty service and is to
be covered by the buyer. The warranty is only valid for the internal parts of the device – electronic
block inside the plastic casing. “LET Medical” cannot guarantee preservation of the initial state of the
parts exposed to external environment and natural wear-out, such as plastic casing of the device, faceplate,
electrodes and battery section contacts, during the whole period of using of the device.

Seminars training information and/or training products
The title and intellectual rights, remain with Scenar.Uk or in certain cases Let Medical. All information
relating to the training program / seminar/ training products will be considered as confidential and
copyright remains with the above. Discussion of above within the seminar/ training is permitted but
neither recording nor video or photocopying is permitted other than for the express use within this
seminar / training etc. and disallowed to be used for any other commercial or financial gain by anyone
other than the previously named Scenar.UK. In any part or its entirety. The information will only be used
for the purpose for which it was supplied and no other commercial exploitation will be allowed.
All parties shall ensure that its employees, officers and all contractors are aware of the obligations of these terms.
